Hi, according to my knowledge, 全球備援DNS doesn't mean anything.

What matters is "point to the right backup-ip immediately when some servers crashed, and have robust DNS system".

You can refer to UltraDNS, and know why even Oracle, MSN/Hotmail put their DNS server there.
