enom回信，求助解释

呵呵，小弟的enom账号有希望解开了，enom回信需要我传真三个东西过去：

1：A copy of your identification.
2：A copy of the credit card used to refill the account (front and back)
3：A copy of the first page of the statement for the above listed credit card.

第一个小弟明白，

但是第2.3两个具体指的是什么啊？那位大大能帮助解释一下吗？

不过您最好弄清楚是enom的信，信用卡上的信息最好不要随意示人的。。。
