其實Vincentliao大大也是好心
希望大家能有個良好的論壇空間
所以告訴版友哪些人有"誠信"問題
要特別注意甚至避免跟他交易或接觸
但是小弟以為如果沒有金錢上問題要不要刪帳號
還是由站長自己決定就可以了
因為每個站都有每個站的制度
Vincentliao大大的建議是良善的
提醒我們Jandy和Smart大大是同一人是對的
但站長有站長的做法也都會看在眼裡做自己覺得要做的事
不需要一再的強烈逼迫甚而把Jandy大大逼走
以後Jandy大大還是可能會再申請其他帳號阿
所以大家知道就好了放寬心得饒人處且饒人
大不了Vincentliao以後不要理會Jandy大大就可以阿
何必Jandy大大要用其他的帳號持續用自己不好嗎
Vincentliao大大也不要說要離開本版
那如何給我們這些晚輩寶貴建議
最後還是這一句：

Just my 2 cents…

Disclose members’ information to the public without members’ consent and without any legal enforcement is an actionable offense. In this case, if willing, Jandy can file a law sue against not only Vicentlao, Jandy can also file a law sue against domain.club.tw for damages. And if this happens in US, most likely Jandy will win the case.

"誠信" is a very subjective issue and it can be interpreted differently especially in the court of law. However, when Vincentlao disclosed Jandy’s personal data (IP), domain.club.tw immediately has "誠信" issue of its own.

To protect domain.club.tw, I think domain.club.tw needs to issue a statement to 1. Apologize to Jandy for all the discomforts that he has been endures in the past few days, 2. Re-state its privacy policy and ensure all members that this case is just an exception, and 3. As a formality, disable VincentLao, Best-URL and anyone who was involve in this and disassociate domain.club.tw with all these accounts (not people).

And of course, best-url and VincentLao will NEED to come back under different account because we can’t live without them. :-) It’s just an pre-caution measure to protect domain.club.tw.

Anyway, it's just my 2 cents...
