有關.pro的一些訊息
剛收到encirca的newsletter，上面說encirca希望明年.pro的註冊合約更新時能放寬目前註冊者資格的限制：
EnCirca expects that restrictions for .pro will be relaxed next year when the registry contract is renewed. 不知他們是否有聽到什麼風聲？
