[還是閒談]請大家在DNForum交易要小心
不知版上的大大認不認識在DNForum的ED30（Edward Trustham）這個人？
今年的四月29日，我跟他買了一個Domain，但今天在轉賣出去時，竟被鎖住了，Dotster說這Domain不是我的！這Domain就這樣不見了！當初買來時，只是覺得怎麼在一些別的網站查到的whois怎麼不是我？也來這版上問過，有一些大大說可能是org在系統轉移的問題，也就不以為意。至少在dotster查到的是我… 這是我在DNForum買的第一個域名，也將會是唯一的一個。 我有當初交易的email、Paypal e-mail為證！ 我很忙，沒空去追討錢，只希望大家小心…這次可能只能當學費了（真貴的學費）…更希望不要有人再受害了…

我覺得只要是與外國人交易
就會有風險的~不只是在dnforum 購買時真的要自求多福~ 而且我覺得這件事不應該因為你忙就這麼算了 等你忙完後一定要想辦法要回來

這真的很奇怪，這個網名竟然會自己轉到別家去？一般而言，如果之前它是在dotster的，無論誰要轉，一定要經過dotster同意，而通常dotster也會寄一封電郵來給whois上的註冊者registrant的電子郵件進行認證。就算是像要轉到enom這種不必再由現有註冊商寄信認證的，也會是由enom主動寄認證信給註冊者進行確認，才會有下一步行動。
假設這真是一次盜用行為的話，也一定有電子郵件認證。所以你一定要去問dotster，這個網址的移轉過程，何時有認證信，何時確認，他們一定有紀錄，請他們把紀錄調出來看，應該可以查到最後確認移轉的那封認證信是由哪個IP發出去的。一般來說，只要你能證明這個IP不是你，例如你人在台灣，那IP卻是遠在英國或加拿大，那幾乎可以肯定信是偽造的，就可以要求dotster去向目前的註冊商拿回來。 其實網址雖是虛擬的玩意，但它的安全性不會比不動產差，其實別看不動產好像是硬梆梆的，誰也拿不走，真要盜用，還不就是彈指間的事。至於其他動產就更別提了，幾百萬的車子十秒鐘也能偷走解體。而網名目前的重要性不下於真正的不動產，設想萬一哪天yahoo.com的網名被幹走了，那家幾百億美金的公司該怎麼辦？ 其實老外很重視證據和經驗法則，只要你言之有理，一般來說，他們都會傾向於主動相信善意的人，這也是為何在外國做生意，保持你的信用是十分重要的事，就是怕萬一發生什麼倒楣事時，在你百口莫辯之際，你的信用能救你一命。
