在Tdnam 賣域名的問題

我在tdnam 賣了一個米
然後tdname 叫我自己寫信和買家聯絡...我想寫下面這樣 不知道可不可以 ...請幫我看一下

還想請教幾個問題,
(1)
是不是買家的錢已經在 tdnam 的手上..所以他叫我直接轉移給買家...之後才由 tdname 把錢給我....
(2)
我賣的價格是400元...這樣會被收多少手續費
(是低於US$500收取5%的費用嗎 ???)

(3)
如果我轉移成功, 要多少才能收到這筆錢

(4)
我在Godaddy的paypal 帳號是認證過的, 那tdnam 市直接把錢匯到 godaddy那個帳戶去嗎? 還是會問我要匯到哪裡? 因為我想叫他匯到我未認證過的 paypal帳號以省手續費
