As you may have heard, eNom, Inc., (www.enom.com), already one of the largest
registrars in the world in terms of domain names under management, has reached
an agreement to acquire the business and operations of BulkRegister. The
combined company will surpass Network Solutions to become the second-largest
registrar in the world with over 6.8 million names.

There will be no immediate changes to the BulkRegister member area or to the way
in which you purchase and manage your domains. The popular BulkRegister member
interface will remain functional as we gradually integrate those features
together with eNom's outstanding API, hosted e-commerce PDQ storefronts, and
reseller network.

We are confident that you will agree that we have brought together the best of
both companies. BulkRegister and eNom have each earned industry acclaim from
high-volume domain name customers over the years. Both firms have shown a
commitment to providing exceptional service and to building innovative tools to
manage large portfolios of domains. In the coming weeks we will keep you
informed as we begin to enhance our new combined platform.

You can be assured of our continuing commitment to stay on the cutting edge of
