剛剛去看了一下這個網站,
版面規劃得很不錯,
網頁底下也標示著政府機構的聯絡電話,
應該是政府機構的網站沒錯啦 ^^

我沒看網站, 直接由whois判斷的
政府單位需要發票請款, 一般都是由hinet賺走
一般應該會用 gov.tw的郵件
看來是用發包單位的個人郵件向WebCC申請吧
