[請教] 關於Pool的pre-authorization

更新了一下POOL的Credit Card資訊,馬上被扣除了60美元.

提示訊息顯示這是為了pre-authorization,請問有誰了解?有關pre-authorization的幫助頁面不存在.

這60美元有無辦法要求退還?

這是因為太多人使用假資料標網域，現在為了認證，就開始Pre-authorization，跟paypal的扣1.5一樣，不過這退還不會是在標下第一個網域後吧？

誰知道呢.給POOL寫信也沒有回複,不知道哪位英文好的寫封信問問?
估計是我的英文他們沒看懂.

你可以到你的網路銀行確認一下，這筆帳只是測試你的信用卡是不是可刷，不會真正起款，不過這不是pool.com回答的，而是我美國朋友跟我說的。

電話諮詢了網路銀行,$60的確沒有起款,僅僅是被凍結了信用額度.

POOL的正式回复：

Thank you for using Pool.com. A preauthorization is how we ensure the credit card you provided is valid and active. The $60 preauthorization is only held for a short period of time before it is released. If you win a domain before the preauth is released you will be billed an additional $60 as your credit card compan will eventually release the preauth and return the first charge to you. To find out how long the preauth will be held you must contact your credit card company as they set the time length.
