[請教]Godaddy把我的帳號給刪了
早上一早信箱收到抬頭「GoDaddy.com Refund」的信
內容是約略為以下 Dear wesker Hu, GoDaddy.com has received a refund request for the following items: QTY ITEM PRICE -1 .INFO Domain Name Registration - 2 Years $(13.90) xxxxxxxx.XXXXX -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subtotal: $(13.90) Shipping & Handling: $0.00 Tax: $0.00 Total: $(13.90) Your refund receipt number is: xxxxxxxx Click here to review your order history at any time. If you have any questions regarding this order or your refund, feel free to email us at support@godaddy.com. Sincerely, GoDaddy.com 後來我寫信去問，他們給了我這樣的回答 Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for contacting customer support. I have forwarded your email to the proper department for further review. Please let us know if we can help you in any other way. Don't let "no lock, no deal" come between you and your customers. Show them that transactions on your site are secure and encrypted! 我之前也是.info的域名，隔了半年多要用才發覺早就被註走了，反應之後才退錢

應該不至於，你有回到Godaddy去維護過那個資料嗎，我當初也是買了就算了，心想註冊時DNS都設好了，就不管他了。
另外就是，Godaddy與Wild West事實上是同一家，Godaddy對一般User，Wild West作經銷聯盟，兩個Sites 共用SecurityServer這個Site，DNS，線上刷卡都是他，所以等於三個以上的Sites再傳資料，在統一連到金流Gateway，回傳結果又轉了幾層，所以偶爾會出錯。可能是.info的系統連接方式跟其他不同，甚至非同步，聽過很多出錯的都是.info ps:金流Gateway是以Site算錢的。

他們退的資料只有我的avchannel.tv沒退給我
而我也在registermore.com把它給先買下來了 至於其他的就先暫時押下到時候再買。

最後他們給我的答案如下

You may reach me by phone at 319-294-9806 Ex. 225 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Thanks, 看起來可能因為有我登記時寫了二個不同的電話、留了二個不同的名字(這個我記得沒有留二個名字) 給各位大大參考吧…以免下次又跟小弟一樣被刪。

原來是刷卡的問題
因為小弟我填的資料不是家裡(帳單)的地址 是寫著我的郵政信箱。 我想這是被退的原因吧~~!! 感謝哈大大啦
