I contacted DomainDiscover and NeuLevel both today, none of them can’t tell me where or how to pay? I also called your (TWNIC) customer support; your support engineer has pretty much no idea about the situation. I have till 11/3 based on your schedule; I hope you are not once again proving your incompetence. I have left my number and email to your support people, Mr. Lin and he promised that you (as TWNIC) will get back to me sometime today (Taipei time). Let’s see if you can really figure things out and call me back today. I look forward to hear from you! |
