請問一下godaddy自動把我的網址續約，我要如何取消？
如題。
是2015年3月6日到期的，我昨天發現他3月7日寄這封信給我的 我收到godaday寄我的信，結果我去後台看，我可能在申請時忘記設成不要自動續了，結果他自動續約了，請問要如何請他們取消退款呢？ Order Confirmation #802527476 八個網址金額如下 Subtotal: NT$3,880 Tax: NT$0 Total: NT$3,880 We have billed your Visa card ending with the last two digits: 02 for the amount of NT$3,880. Your product(s) includes enrollment in our automatic renewal service. This keeps your products up and running by automatically charging the then-current renewal fees to your payment method on file just before they're set to expire, with no further action on your part. You may cancel this service at any time by turning off the auto-renewal feature in your GoDaddy account.

問：Please cancel the order, I did not want to renew. Please cancel the contract and refund. Thank you 答：What is your 4 digit PIN? To find your PIN do the following: 1. Login to your account. 2. Click on the My Account tab. 3. On the right under your name it will display PIN and show four blue asterisk. Click on the asterisk. 4. The PIN is shown. 問：Please cancel the order, I did not want to renew. Please cancel the contract and refund. Thank you 答： I cannot cancel but I can show you how to cancel them 問：Well , please tell me 答：Click here to open your product billing page. This will show you a list of all the products that you have in this account. Then put a check in the box to the left of the domain names you want to cancel. Then scroll up above the domains and there will be a cancel item option click on that 問：I have finished, I ask when will refund 答：You will see the refund within 5-7 days 上面的 Click here 是連到 My Account > Payments > Product Billing 把下面，不要續約的打勾，然後按上面的 Cancel item 就完成取消了，按照客服的說法，大約5-7天就會退回你的信用卡帳戶內。 文章來自：http://www.palada.com.tw/thread-203-1-1.html  引用:

我以前也碰過這事, 而且我的主機早就勾選不自動續約, 但是SSL還是自動幫我續約(找不到不續約的選項)
結果10筆SSL被自動扣了兩萬多元, 寫信去取消, 雖然退刷, 但是換匯的手續費因為是銀行收的, 還是損失了好幾百元.
